Photo & Media Consent Policy 

I take privacy and safeguarding extremely seriously, especially when working with children.

Using Photos or Videos

I will never use a child’s photo, video, or identifiable information for: 

• marketing
• social media
• my website
• printed materials

unless written permission is provided by a parent/carer.

How Consent Works

Before using any images, I will:

1. Provide a clear consent form
2. Explain how the photo will be used
3. Confirm whether the parent gives consent
4. Respect the parent’s right to say no at any time

 Consent can be withdrawn at any point by contacting me.

Storing Media

Any approved images are stored securely and never shared with third parties.

Safeguarding Rules

I will never:

• post children’s full names
• reveal locations that identify where a child lives
• post photos of group sessions without consent from every parent
• use photos that could compromise a child’s safety

Your child’s privacy and wellbeing always come first.
